The Ask Scotia knowledge base provides accurate, real-time answers to your specific questions. You can also view the top 10 most popular questions that our customers are asking.
The system allows you to key in your question in natural language (as you would speak it). You'll then be presented with a response that best matches your question.
How to Ask a Question
- Type in your question.
- Click the "Ask" button.
- Click "Clear" to enter a new question.
- If a question is not answered to your satisfaction, send us an email using a link provided at the bottom of the answer page.
Some Tips
- Keep your questions short and simple. e.g. What are your VISA rates?
- Ask just one question at a time.
- Question marks and other punctuation marks are not necessary.
- View the questions presented in the drop down boxes under "You may be interested in" and "See also" for further information.
- Click "Top 10" to see the most frequently asked questions.
